A recognized leader, they served as the president of the Orange County Association of REALTORS® in 2016, leading an organization with over 14,000 members. He currently contributes their expertise on various boards and committees within the real estate sector, including serving as a director for the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. His commitment to the profession and leadership in facing industry challenges underscores their valuable contributions and insights into the world of real estate.

Tyler is a real estate coach who works exclusively with the top 3% of real estate agents in the country who also have ADHD. As of 2024, he has led over 9,000 individual coaching calls on thriving in Real Estate using ADHD as an advantage.

Before becoming a full time coach in 2018, Tyler co-ran a team consistently ranked in the Top 100 at Keller Williams from 2013-2017, closing over 300 units in their highest year. He also launched and ran 22 expansion offices located in major cities throughout the US.

Tyler has spoken internationally and presented to audiences of over 10,000 people about conquering limiting beliefs, facing fears, and paving the way for others. He was the keynote speaker for the Keller Williams “Family Reunion” International event held in Bodrum,Turkey helping bring hope and share inspiration during the terrorist attacks. He has also been notably featured on stage with the owner and founder of Keller Williams, Gary Keller, and coauthor of the Wall Street Journal #1 Best Selling book, “The One Thing”, Jay Papasan discussing time blocking to master your schedule and create your ideal life.

Dr. Jessica Lautz is Deputy Chief Economist and Vice President of Research at the National Association of REALTORS®. The core of her research focuses on analyzing trends for both NAR members and housing consumers. Through the management of surveys, focus groups, and data analysis, she presents new and innovative ways to showcase results. She effectively utilizes Research data to educate and impact policymakers on the state of the housing market and discusses research findings in major media outlets and international presentations. In 2021, Dr. Lautz was named one of Housing Wire’s Women of Influence, a list representing 100 of the most influential women in leadership in the housing industry. In 2022 and 2023, Dr. Lautz was named a RISMedia Newsmaker in the Influencer and the Crusader categories, respectively. She also volunteers at Nottingham Trent University as an industry fellow mentoring real estate graduate students.

Jessica received her Doctorate of Real Estate from Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom. She also holds a Master’s in Public Policy from American University and undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Law and Justice from Central Washington University.

Alexia Smokler is the Director of Fair Housing Policy and Programs at the National Association of REALTORS®. Based in Washington, DC, she communicates NAR’s support for fair housing and homeownership opportunity to Congress and federal agencies. Alexia also leads NAR’s ACT! initiative, which emphasizes Accountability, Culture Change, and Training to advance fair housing in the industry. Before joining NAR, Alexia worked in fair housing enforcement at HUD, on the staff of Congressman John Conyers, Jr., and with nonprofit civil rights organizations.

Amanda Byun, Esq. is a Senior Counsel with the Member Legal Services Department at California Association of REALTORS.  Amanda has been a real estate attorney for over twenty-five years and has co-authored a three-hour DRE approved fair housing course and edited a two-hour DRE approved implicit bias course. She also advises REALTORS on the C.A.R. Legal Hotline and the monthly Legal Live Webinars on general legal matters pertaining to real estate transactions. Amanda is a double Bruin, having graduated from both UCLA undergrad and law school.
